Hello! My name is Cara Pappas, and I am a licensed Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of dedicated experience in patient care and recovery.

From my student days at Florida State University to raising three children while running a business, I have always struggled with sleep as a hot sleeper. I’ve seen firsthand — both personally and with my patients — how disrupted sleep from overheating and night sweats affects healing, immunity, mood, and overall wellbeing, especially in warm, humid climates like where I live in Florida.

Over the years, I’ve tried countless products, supplements, and sleep aids, only to be disappointed by most of them.
